अग्निपथ
अग्निपथ योजना सेना मे भर्ती के लिए लायी गई है। इस योजना के अंतर्गत जीन सैनिकों कि भर्ती होगी , उन्हें अग्निवीर कहा जाएगा। इस योजना का मुख्य मकसद भारतीय सेना को युवा सेना मे पर्वर्तित करना है। योजना अनुशार अग्निवीरो का सेना मे कार्यकाल चार साल का होगा।
इन चार साल मे क्या होगा?
6 महीने कि ट्रेनिंग होगी बाकी तीन साल 6 महीने सेना मे काम करेंगे। इस दौरान एक अच्छा वेतन मिलेगा।
चार साल बाद क्या होगा?
25% सैनिक देश सेवा करेंगे 75% सैनिको को अच्छे खासे पैसे दिए जाएँगे जो कोई भी बिज़नेस कर सकते है। पढ़ाई कर सकते है।
इससे देश को क्या फायदा होगा?
1) 4 साल सेवा देने के बाद जब आप रिटायर होंगे उन जगहों पर हमारे दूसरे भाइयों को मौका मिलेगा।
2) 4 साल बाद जब आप कोई बिज़नेस करोगे तो आप दूसरों को रोजगार दे सकोगे।
3) 4 साल बाद आप कहीं भी रहो देश जब विषम परिस्थितियों मे होगा आप का आव्हान किया जाएगा। हमें बाहर से लड़कों को बुलाने कि जरुरत नहीं होगी।
